Winemaking and maturation: stainless steel vats.
Maturation on lees for between 6 and 8 months.
Tasting: White flower aromas and chlorophyl , nose citrus fruits and citrus notes.
A tense and lively palate, with a mineral finish.
Ageing potential: 3 to 5 years.
