Crémant de Bourgogne


A non-vintage Brut sparkling wine with wonderful finesse, blended using grapes from the Auxerrois and Tonnerrois vineyards.

  

Grape varieties: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir.

 

Average vine age: 25 years.

 

Winemaking and maturation: Stainless steel vats.

After maturing for 7 to 8 months in tanks,

the wine is then aged in bottles on slats from 18 to 24 months.

 

Tasting: The subtle complexity of Chardonnay produces white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes. Pinot Noir contributes body and structure. The aromatic balance underscores the energy and mouthfeel for the wine.

 

Ageing potential: 5 to 6 years.
