Chablis Premier Cru | Côte de Cuissy


 A Premier Cru on the left bank of the Serein, Côte de Cuissy is a micro-parcel located within the main Les Beauregards vineyard.

It produces wines with typical Chablis minerality.

 

  

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.

 

Average vine age: 30 years.

 

Winemaking and maturation: Stainless steel vats.

Maturation on lees for between 10 and 12 months.

 

Tasting: Aromas of ripe fruit (pear, yellow peach),

a round palate, with hints of almond and a warm finish.

 

Ageing potential: 10 years.
