Our Burgundy Rosé comes from a young south-facing vine that grows on very stony Portlandian clay and limestone soil. |
Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir.
Average vine age: 15 years.
Winemaking and maturation: Stainless steel vats.
Maturation for 6 months.
Tasting: Red garden berries (redcurrant, raspberry and strawberry), dominated by aromas of fresh grapes. Lively green botanical notes.
The palate is precise with pronounced minerality.
Ageing potential: 3 to 4 years.
Vintage available for sale: 2020.
